In ancient Greece, it was believed that you had to take care of the three most important parts of the self: the body, the mind and the soul. What are your daily habits to support and evolve yourself?

I work out every day to keep my body in shape. In my spare time I choose interesting books to read. I share everything with my friends no matter whether I am happy or sad.

Do you believe people can change? Change their habits, their physical appearance? And what does it take?

I do believe people can change and they change to be better. We all learn from our mistakes. For example, people quit smoking because they know that smoke is a bad habit, therefore, they change their bad habit.

What’s your favorite person of all times? Why do they inspire you?

My favorite person is my mother, because she told me to treat every person the same, no matter if they are rich or not, we have to be fair to everyone.

How do you think, you can help others?

People can help others even if they didn’t ask for the help, also you don’t need any reason to help, what you need is empathy.

Favorite movies, books or music?
My favorite movie is Eat Pray Love. Because this movie tells us to smile with our face, smile, and mind.


What are your daily habits to support and evolve yourself?

Exercise every day, eat healthy, stay active at work, and have sex.

What inspires you?

Wisdom and insight, I admire the most.

Self-talk, the growth of body and mind.

How do you think, you can help others?

Acting now is the best help you can give anyone.

Favorite movies, books or music?

Horror movies, my dad’s books, and hip-hop music.

How did COVID-19 change your daily, life, perspectives, priorities, et cetera?

Everything changed: income, social interaction, entertainment, eating habits.


What are your routines to take care of body, mind, and soul?

Waking up early, workout every day, reading book before sleep.

Do you believe people can change?

Yes, everything is a habit, so start with one step at a time.

Relaxation and the ability to help others because you are centered.

Yes. I really appreciate positivity and honesty.

Voice system – using your voice to do everything.
