Atlanta Pride Run Virtual 5K

Due to the ongoing global pandemic, the Atlanta Pride Run set for June 20, 2020 has been converted into a virtual running event that will still raise money for the Atlanta-area HIV healthcare agencies.

Lace up your shoes and join the virtual effort to support the community – registration is already open, and you have until June 28th to submit your time online for your walk, jog, or skip. The Virtual Atlanta Pride Run & Walk 5K is still partnering with Joining Hearts to raise money for Atlanta-area HIV healthcare agencies that need our support now more than ever. Last year, 100% of the money raised went to the beneficiary, AID Atlanta.

As the economy continues to be impacted by the coronavirus outbreak, people living with HIV, and others, are looking to organizations like AID Atlanta to help secure their life-saving treatments and medication. As a result, local Atlanta-area HIV healthcare agencies and organizations are needing more resources to continue to provide assistance. Your support helps provide access to HIV medications to those individuals and communities.

Registration & Time Submission
Registration opened on May 11, and participants have until June 28th at 5pm to submit their times online. (If you already registered for the non-virtual Pride Run, your registration will carry over.) This can be any 5k course you would like to run, but of course, you can always run the Pride Run course in Piedmont Park!
