Cesar was born in San Antonio Texas but calls Atlanta my home. He works in the medical field and loves it. His dream is to become a Trauma Surgeon as he is passionate about helping others. He is very family-oriented and enjoys spending his free time with loved ones. He is very blessed to have a group of friends who have become like family, and they push him and support him to become a better person every day.
