Welcome to the Biggest Pride Celebration on Earth!

This year, NYC Pride welcomes WorldPride and marks the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising and half a century of LGBTQIA+ liberation for what will go down as the biggest Pride celebration in history.

 

It is the culmination of a whole month of Pride celebrations and events when the WorldPride celebrations officially kick off on June 26 with a star-studded opening ceremony followed by a weekend packed full of parties and events. The apex of the weekend is no doubt the massive NYC Pride March on Sunday, June 30 that will pass by the Stonewall Inn where it all began. Here are some of the highlights you should plan for if you are going to be a part of the biggest Pride party in the world*.

 

 

WorldPride Opening Ceremony

Hosted by Whoopi Goldberg and performances by Cyndi Lauper, Billy Porter, Chaka Khan, Ciara, and Todrick Hall.

The boys of Horse Meat Disco are at the Knockdown Center for one night only at an exclusive NYC Pride event (not official NYC Pride program).

Solidarity: Hustlaball

HUSTLABALL returns to its roots in NYC to open the SOLIDARITY WorldPride weekend. With globally renowned DJs, Steven Redant (Barcelona), Chris Bekker (Berlin), and Justin Dawson (NYC).

Pride Island

The legendary Pier party will have Grace Jones as the Saturday headliner, and none other than Madonna will close out the party on Sunday. Tickets are sold out, but maybe you can indulge in a re-sale ticket.

The festival returns with two days of incredible acts including Honey DFijon, Gossip, Allie X, Yvie Oddly, and Octo Octa (not official NYC Pride program).

Wrecked & The Carry Nation Presents: An Out of this World Pride

The day into night party will feature some of the community’s favorite queer DJs from across the nation including Atlanta’s own Vicki Powell.

NYC Pride March

The March is a celebration of our lives and community and is joined by over 550 unique marching contingents, representing a vast array of non-profits, community organizations, corporate sponsors, small businesses, political candidates and activists. This year’s Grand Marshals include the cast of Pose Phyll Opoku-Gyimah, Gay Liberation Front, The Trevor Project, and Monica Helms to lead the biggest Pride parade ever.

718 Sessions Boat Party 2019

The world-famous Circle Line is transformed into a Pride party boat with music by Danny Krivit (not official NYC Pride program). Only re-sale tickets are available.
