Peach Recommends: An Evening Awarding Equality

Georgia Equality invites you to join them in celebrating the past year’s accomplishments and the contributions made by leaders in the LGBTQ community.

The Evening for Equality is the celebration of Georgia Equality’s successes and achievements of the past year. The evening also honors those members of the community that have acted as leaders in the movement to advance fairness, safety, and opportunity for LGBTQ Georgians, and they will be presented with the evening’s Equality Awards. This year’s honorees are Stephe Koontz, The Coca-Cola Company & Cox Enterprises, Jamil Jude, and Toni-Michelle Williams.

Your participation in the Evening for Equality will help support Georgia Equality’s work. Georgia Equality is two organizations that work with a shared vision to achieve equality and opportunity for the LGBTQ communities in the metro Atlanta area. Georgia Equality, Inc. works year-round to pass pro-equality legislation and elect fair-minded elected officials. The Equality Foundation of Georgia conducts voter registration and educational activities, provide information to decision makers, and work to organize and mobilize LGBT residents and allies to advance equality in urban, suburban, and rural communities across the state.

Tickets for the evening are available through georgiaequality.org and are offered in three tiers: General admission ($150), Host Committee Individual ($250), and Host Committee Couple ($400).
