Grey, although born in Atlanta, raised primarily in the north Georgia Mountains. He works for Cox Enterprises as an IT manager but does lots of diversity and inclusion work for the company off the side of his desk. He was the founding co-chair for Cox Automotive’s PRIDE Employee Resource Group. Grey recently completed his M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership. He’s enjoying his free time now and enjoys traveling, festival’s, fishing, hiking, swimming, exercise, and yoga. Grey came out as transgender last year and shares his journey through YouTube at youtube.com/c/greyhardy.
