Peach Recommends Gala for Good

32nd Annual HRC Atlanta Gala Dinner & Auction celebrates the organization’s work, honors local LGBTQ group, and addresses the current battle points in their work for full equality.

As the most significant LGBTQ fundraising of the year, the annual HRC Atlanta Dinner & Auction easily packs well over a thousand black-tie clad guests comprised of corporate sponsors and local patrons and supporters into the ballroom at the Hyatt Regency.

The swanky affair represents one of the most important fundraisers for the HRC Atlanta, and the evening offers attending guests a live and silent auction, dinner, and an extensive program of speakers and entertainment that celebrate the organization’s accomplishments and progress while also highlighting why there is still a need to fight for equality towards the LGBTQ community.

One of the highlights of the gala is the presentation of community awards for individuals and groups who have offered distinguished service, leadership, and tradition of activism for the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community.

Speakers in the dinner program have previously included Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, HRC President Chad Griffin, and Senator John Lewis – not even mentioning the slew of celebrities who have graced the stage of the gala – so guests can expect a great lineup of guest speakers and surprise appearances throughout the night.

General admission tickets are $250 for the exquisite gala ($150 if you are an HRC Federal Club Member). Tickets can be purchased at hrcatlanta.com/tickets – but hurry because the biggest LGBTQ fundraiser of the year is selling out fast!
