Atlanta Pride Kicks Off Strategic Planning With Community Survey

Atlanta Pride, Georgia’s oldest nonprofit organization serving the LGBTQ+ community, is excited to launch a community survey to gather valuable insights for its strategic planning process. Atlanta Pride is working with Purpose Possible, a women-owned consulting firm based in Atlanta, to update its strategic plan.

For more than fifty years, Atlanta Pride has worked to engage and support Atlanta’s vibrant LGBTQ+ community. Recognizing the importance of listening to the people it serves, Atlanta Prides wants to hear from the diversity of Atlanta’s LGBTQ+ community to ensure its future initiatives are inclusive, representative, and aligned with the community’s evolving needs.

“Our community’s input is essential to guiding the direction of Atlanta Pride,” said Chris McCain, Executive Director of Atlanta Pride. “We are committed to fostering an environment that celebrates diversity, empowers individuals, and cultivates meaningful connections. This survey is an opportunity for all voices to be heard, and we encourage everyone to participate.”

All responses will be confidential and used solely to inform Atlanta Pride’s strategic planning process. The insights gathered will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s future direction, ensuring that Atlanta Pride continues to serve as a beacon of unity, acceptance, and celebration for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies.

The survey is live and can be accessed at https://bit.ly/AtlantaPrideCommunitySurvey. Responses will be received through March 29, 2024. All community members are encouraged to share their thoughts and aspirations for the future of Atlanta Pride.
