Due to the state of emergency Governor Brian Kemp declared for all of Georgia, the annual AIDS Walk Atlanta Music Festival & 5k Run scheduled for Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Piedmont Park has been postponed.
Considering the security of clients, staff, and partners, even if the sun shines this weekend, the conditions at the park will not be suitable for us to host the event safely.
As we work to identify a new date, everyone is encouraged to continue raising funds towards the $1 million goal to support the 14 locally based non-profit organizations working tirelessly to address metro Atlanta’s growing HIV/AIDS epidemic.
