If you’re not attending WorldPride in New York City, there are plenty of other places that offer world-class celebrations – and it might just take you overseas too!


Shanghai Gay Pride – June 21-23

It may still be prohibited to throw a parade, but the pride festival celebrates its ten-year-anniversary this year with lots of parties, a film festival, and LGBTQ-related talks.



Oslo Gay Pride – June 14-23

Norway’s biggest LGBTQ festival offers concerts, exhibitions, shows, films, parties, debates, and a massive Pride Parade.



São Paulo Gay Pride – June 18-23

La Parada do Orgulho GLBT de São Paulo has grown from just 2,000 participants in 1997 to an incredible turn-out that is well into the millions today.



Pride Toronto – June 21-23

As one of the largest Pride celebrations in North America Pride Toronto has become a major Canadian arts and cultural event.




Dublin Gay Pride – June 20-29

Dublin LGBTQ Pride has grown from a one-day parade into a full-on, ten-day extravaganza of social and cultural queer events.



Milan Gay Pride – June 21-29

The fashion capital hosts a week of cultural events and parties in the streets and squares of the beautiful city.




Seattle Gay Pride – June 14-30

The gay Pride is one of the oldest in the country and has grown to include a PrideFest, Trans Pride, and a massive parade.



Chicago gay Pride – June 22-30

Chicago Gay Pride is a huge gay event taking place each year in Illinois’ largest city and includes a weekend festival and Parade on Pride Sunday.



Mexico City Gay Pride – June 27-30

Mexico City Gay Pride – or Marcha del Orgullo LGBT de la Ciudad de México  – truly is one of the largest, wildest and crazy gay pride events in the whole of Latin America!



Barcelona Gay Pride – June 28-29

Gay Pride Barcelona – or Barcelona Orgullo  – draws thousands of LGTBQ revelers from across the world to the beautiful and sunny Cataluñian capital each year.



Paris Gay Pride – June 29

The Paris Gay Pride Parade, known as Marche des Fiertés LGBTQ, is a major Parade and party in the heart of France’s capital city with around 700,000 participants which concludes with a huge free party in Place de la République.



San Francisco Pride – June 29-30

Featuring one of the oldest and largest parades in the world, SF Pride is a parade and festival attended by hundreds of thousands. Lots of parties and commemorations throughout the packed Pride weekend.
